Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. It is our intent to stay on schedule at all times. We have designed our schedule to accomplish this by scheduling appointments according to specific procedures at specific times during the day. Your time is valuable and we want to respect that by making every effort to run on schedule as much as possible. We ask that you please show the other patients , and us, the same courtesy. If you are running late for your appointment, please call our office. On occasion, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. If an appointment is missed, please call our office as soon as possible to reschedule.
Insurance
Many insurance policies offer orthodontic benefits that are distinct from regular dental insurance. If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefits of reduced personal costs. Most insurance companies offer a lifetime orthodontic benefit. We will work with you to assure that you receive the maximum benefit to which you are entitled. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Capogna Orthodontics does not participate with all insurance companies. Upon evaluation of many insurance companies, we have concluded we cannot work directly with these plans and maintain the quality of our standards. The quality of our work is based on the needs of each individual patient, and not on insurance benefits.
